Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of resume2jobs.com and any resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn profile writing services you order from us ("Services"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our services

We provide professionally written resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profile content, based on the information, documents, and career details you provide to us. Every document is written by a human writer.

2. Accuracy of information

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us — job titles, dates, achievements, and other career details. We write based on what you tell us; we don't independently verify your employment history.

3. Ordering and payment

Prices for each package are listed on our Pricing page and are shown in USD. Payment is due at the time of ordering unless we've agreed otherwise in writing. Work begins once payment is confirmed and your order details are complete.

4. Revisions

Each package includes a set number of revision rounds, listed on the Pricing page. Revisions cover refining or adjusting the draft we've written — they don't include starting over with a different job target partway through, which we treat as a new order.

5. Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery times are listed on our Pricing page. Timelines start once we have everything we need from you (completed order form, and your responses to any follow-up questions). Delays in your responses will extend the delivery date accordingly.

6. Refunds

Because our work is custom and begins promptly, we don't offer refunds once a writer has started your first draft. If we haven't yet started work on your order, you can request a full refund by emailing us. If you're unhappy with your draft, please use your included revision rounds first — most concerns are resolved this way.

7. Ownership of your documents

Once delivered and paid for, the resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn content we write for you is yours to use, edit, and distribute as you see fit.

8. No guarantee of employment outcomes

We write documents designed to represent you clearly and effectively. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, interview invitations, job offers, or any other hiring outcome — these depend on many factors outside our control, including the job market, employer decisions, and your interview performance.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to use our services to create fraudulent credentials, misrepresent qualifications you don't hold, or for any unlawful purpose.

10. Site content and intellectual property

The resume2jobs name, logo, and website content (excluding documents we deliver to you) belong to resume2jobs and may not be copied or reused without permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, resume2jobs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services, including lost job opportunities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order.

12. Termination

We may decline or cancel an order — for example, if information provided is fraudulent or if payment cannot be verified — with a refund for any unstarted work.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Continued use of our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
